#GravesFearonEmployeeSpotlight

The Graves-Fearon Employee Spotlight program was created to give light to our amazing team members while supporting a local non-profit organization of their choice. Our employees each have their own unique skills, but they share in their desire to support their community. Employees are asked to choose a non-profit for Graves-Fearon Agency to highlight on social media. Viewers are asked to like, comment, and share posts. When doing so, Graves-Fearon Agency commits to donating $5 for each action, up to $250.

Jennifer Davenport, Social Media and Marketing Director & Associate Insurance Agent, has played an important role for not only bringing on new clients for the last year but also with coordinating our social media and marketing efforts for the last 2 years. She chose Final Bow Center for Children's Performing arts of Greenville, OH as her non-profit to receive the Graves-Fearon Employee Spotlight recognition and donation.  Read on to hear from Jennifer.

"I am so thankful to be part of such a giving, community driven, and family-oriented agency that is the Graves-Fearon Agency. Working with Mike and Rachel for the past two years has been a dream and blessing. For those of you who are not aware, my adorable husband Nathan, is Rachel's brother! So, when it is said that they are family owned and operated, that is fact! Prior to coming to work at the agency I was a stay-at-home mother to 4 sweet girls for 6 years. Before you ask if we are going to try for a boy... We did... We have 4 beautiful daughters and we couldn't be happier. During my time at home I ran a skin care business and a crochet business along with taking care of the medical needs of our twins who were born prematurely. As I know it is a fact with all mothers, I am a multi-tasking do-it-all master! Before becoming a stay at home mom, I work for Heritage Cooperative as the manager of Champion Feed and Pet Supply in Dublin, OH. I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Morehead State University. I use my knowledge of agriculture to help clients make informed decisions about their farm insurance. I use my experience as a mother and homeowner to help my non-agricultural clients navigate the best insurance for their families.

As a family we love being active in 4H and our community. You can often find us on softball field, a basketball court or at various community events throughout the year. I current hold the office of Franklin Monroe Elementary PTO President. Currently my time is also spent to help the Franklin Monroe Athletic Boosters with events. My favorite holiday is celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior on Christmas day. As such, I am part of EUM church's Hometown Holiday committee where they provide Christmas to families in the Darke County area.

I chose Final Bow Center for Children's Performing Arts as the recipient of my Employee Spotlight. There was a time in Nathan and my marriage where dance lessons for our girls was not going to be an option. Final Bow CCPA is a wonderful program that believes all children should have a chance to dance. They work year-round to fund these programs for children and offer fundraiser to help families offset the cost of classes. Their students have the opportunity to participate in theatre, music theory classes, chorus, and many genres of dance.  Final Bow also offers classes for adults, as well as students with developmental disabilities.

Please help by liking, commenting, and sharing my Employee Spotlight post on Facebook. For each action, Graves-Fearon Agency will donate $5 up to $250 to Final Bow CCPA. Thank you for your support in this effort!"
